Black Coffee Announces Return to Coachella After Health Recovery
The Grammy-winning DJ will headline the Sahara Tent, marking his first major US performance since his 2023 accident.

Black Coffee has been confirmed as a headliner for the 2026 Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival, his first major US performance since the helicopter accident in 2023 that left him with spinal injuries.
The DJ, whose real name is Nkosinathi Maphumulo, has staged a gradual return to touring over the past six months, with performances at Afrotech in Dubai and the Amsterdam Dance Event. The Coachella booking represents a full return to the global festival circuit.
His Grammy-winning album "Subconsciously" and subsequent releases have maintained his position as South Africa's most internationally recognized electronic music artist.
